Our technical staff are encouraged to continuously advance their expertise by attending annual conferences, utilizing dedicated time for professional development, and receiving bonuses for obtaining job-relevant certifications. Techfive also fully covers all expenses related to certification.
To gauge the ROI of Managed Support, compare the costs of our comprehensive service agreement against those of hiring, training, and maintaining an in-house IT team. Opting for Managed Support also offers benefits such as operational redundancy and access to a diverse range of specialized IT skills.
Assessing the ROI of cybersecurity is less direct but no less crucial. It's a proactive investment in your business's longevity and reputation. Recognizing the substantial costs and potential damage of cybersecurity incidents, our services are designed to substantially mitigate these risks, making it a prudent and positively impactful investment for your business's future.
Services are billed monthly at a fixed rate, encompassing all features and labor specified above. Any hardware purchases will incur separate charges, distinct from your service agreement.
If you sign up for our Managed Support plan, our Cybersecurity Suite is a required addition. As your outsourced technology partners we don't feel comfortable offering anyone technology support without robust cybersecurity protection included.
The Cybersecurity Suite itself can be purchased separately from our Managed Support plan.

If your business experiences a cybersecurity incident, we advise reaching out to your cyber-insurance provider first. They'll connect you with an Incident Response (IR) team.
Techfive doesn't provide Incident Response services, but we'll collaborate with the IR team from your insurance to help get your services back up and running.
We will review your questionnaire, examine your network to confirm the validity of any given answers and then help you to answer your questionnaire honestly.
The 24/7 SOC vigilantly monitors your comprehensive IT infrastructure — including applications, servers, system software, computing devices, cloud workloads, and the network — around the clock, every day of the year, for indications of known exploits, suspicious activity, unauthorized access, bypass attempts, lateral movements, malicious traffic, and more.
The response to a detected vulnerability is determined by its severity and urgency. Should the vulnerability be under active exploitation, constituting an incident, we advise contacting your cyber insurance provider to engage with a specialized Incident Response team.
Conversely, if vulnerabilities are identified during our audit and discovery phases, our security team will promptly act to mitigate the risk by addressing the vulnerability.
Cybersecurity evolves in tandem with technological advancements, necessitating the continuous upskilling of our team. To support this, we provide opportunities for our team to attend annual conferences, allocate dedicated time for professional development during work hours, and offer bonuses for earning job-relevant certifications. Techfive commits to covering all expenses related to these certifications.
