After selling his ISP, founder Jason Pierce kept getting approached by businesses seeking reliable IT services. The demand was clear — Monitor Technology was born to deliver Midwest IT done right.

As COVID accelerated the shift to remote work, we doubled down on cybersecurity — building out 24/7 threat monitoring, endpoint protection, and compliance services to keep businesses safe in a rapidly changing landscape.
Rebranded to Techfive
Monitor Technology became Techfive — a new name that better reflects who we are and where we're headed. Same team, same values, sharper identity.
First Acquisition
Completed our first acquisition of Hanebutt, expanding our team and capabilities while staying true to the Midwest values our clients count on.
Advanced Network Solutions
Acquired Advanced Network Solutions, deepening our networking expertise and broadening our reach across the region.
Prime Time Integrators
Third acquisition — Prime Time Integrators joined the Techfive family, further strengthening our ability to serve Midwest businesses at scale.

Launched our Microsoft Teams-embedded helpdesk — no more ticket portals, just real people inside the tools you already use. 200+ partners, 2,500+ protected users, and a 96.4% CSAT score that keeps climbing.
